About Delphinus
Purpose
Delphinus Consulting represents one of the first companies created to help guide companies with eTTD Regulatory Publishing. We have submitted dozens of PMTAs and TPMFs to the Center for Tobacco Control and are working with the FDA on learning the next steps.

PMTA LEADERS
Delphinus was the first to create PMTA templates for Electronic Tobacco Technical Documents compliant with the regulations put forth by Section 910(b) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. These templates have been and will be updated with feedback and guidance from the FDA and CTP.
